I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms offer a beautiful view of KLCC in a quiet location with a very comfortable bed and pillows, complete with a balcony that has opening doors even with the aircon on. The service was excellent, accommodating our request for a room with a view of the Twin Towers. The location is incredible, with easy access to public transportation and shopping outlets.
